1. The number of new job ads posted on SEEK in Australia fell 1.9% m/m in October following a 0.9% m/m decline in September.
SEEK’s measure has tracked broadly sideways for a year.
2. SEEK have revised their measures of job ads back to 2016 to now include company listings in what they say better reflects “the full range of ad sources on SEEK”. Company listings are job ads re-posted to SEEK from other sources and are said to be a small portion of SEEK’s job volumes.
